You will have access to the key box once the following steps have been completed: driver's license verification, full payment of the booking, deposit hold, and the signing of the contract. You will only receive the key box code once everything is in order. Some branches send the code directly via SMS, while others require phone assistance, in which case they will contact you if necessary.
