When picking up the vehicle, you must present: a valid driving licence, a valid ID document (passport or national ID card), and a debit or credit card.
The driving licence must be valid, and the name on the documents must match the name on the reservation.
If you are not a citizen of the European Union, you must present:
- your driving licence issued in your country of origin,
- an international driving permit,
- your passport,
- and your debit or credit card.
